Five habits for sending several requests in one message so none gets lost: one request per number, order by need, mark dependencies, ask for replies by number, and quote numbers in follow-ups.
Five habits for giving a person, script or AI assistant the access a task needs without spreading secrets: keep them out of text, one key per job, clear names, a short list, and use without reading.
A six-step checklist for stopping a recurring job you no longer need: announce a date, pause instead of delete, revoke its access and leave a short note for whoever finds the archive.
